Job Description
About the role ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company), is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team at the Wollongong branch where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
This position would be a suitable opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer and sales experience. The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday covering from 6am – 4pm on a 38 hour work week. Your responsibilities:

Providing outstanding customer service over the phone, email and at the front counter Trouble shooting customer sales queries and answering any questions Upselling and providing quotes to customers Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration and purchasing

We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

You Will Also Have
Experience in a similar customer service role The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset Team player and can multi-task well
