We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our fantastic, friendly team at Integral Healthcare.

Integral Healthcare is a recently established cardiology practice in Kensington Park. Full-time applicants only. Must have flexibility with working hours (between 8:00AM-8:00PM Monday-Friday & occasional Saturdays) and willingness to work at various locations. Remuneration based on experience.

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a medical practice
- Understanding of medical software (specialist preferred)
- Medicare specialist billing (Cardiac preferred) and patient record regulations preferred
- Must have profound computer skills

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the appointment bookings for patients
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- You will be responsible for general administration duties and data entry
- Billing - Medicare and Hospital
- Building strong relationships with our patients and providing follow up calls and aftercare.
- Booking procedures at both private and public hospitals and organising admissions for patients

- Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Expertise in customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management skills essential
- Remain calm and work effectively while under pressure
- Willingness to learn and develop personal and professional skills
- Have a high level of professionalism & strong attention to detail

**Salary**: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
