**The Role**

This is a **full-time position** - Usual hours are 8:30AM - 5:00PM, though flexibility is required between 8:00AM-8:00PM weekdays + occasional Saturdays. You’ll also need to be comfortable working across multiple locations, including occasional remote/country clinics.

You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including:

- Coordinating patient appointments and procedures
- Medicare and private billing
- Liaising with hospitals and booking admissions
- Daily banking and general admin duties

**About You**

You’re someone who:

- Has prior experience in a medical setting (specialist preferred)
- Understands Medicare billing and medical record confidentiality
- Is highly proficient with computers and medical software
- Is calm under pressure and delivers excellent service with a smile
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
- Takes initiative, is organised, and values accuracy in every detail

Pay: $24.95 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
