We are hiring My choice disability care is a local service provider supporting people with disabilities in all aspects of everyday life. We are currently expanding our small business and seeking a passionate, caring, reliable & FUN support worker to join our team.

**what you will need**
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and overnight support
- Minimum cert III in disability or equivalent
- strong desire to have a positive effect on people with disabilities, and a commitment to supporting and promoting their individual needs, skills, abilities and personal goals.
- The physical capacity to undertake light housekeeping.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Current unrestricted drivers license with private vehicle covered with full comprehensive insurance
- First aid certificate
- Covid vaccination

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate support worker to join our team on a casual basis. with 10 - 20 hours per week and the potential to increase. As part of our successful applicants will be welcomed into a supportive environment with comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development.
