Applications are sought from suitably qualified Healthcare Professionals to join the Community Nursing team at Echuca Regional Health. This role works as part of the wider Community Nursing team, assisting Registered Nurses to ensure holistic care is delivered in our community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist patients with their activities of daily living, including hygiene and mobility
- Participate in delegated aspects of care delivery in relation to the patients plan of nursing care
- Communicate effectively with patients, residents and the multidisciplinary team
- Recognise, report and record incidents promptly, clearly and concisely to the supervising registered nurse
- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
Qualifications/experience required:
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance/ Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Current Australian Drivers License
- Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written
