**Position Title**: Lead Clinician - Mental Health
**Classification**: Registered Nurse Gr3, Social Worker, Gr2, Occupational Therapist Gr2.

**Salary per fortnight (exc. super)**:$3,385.80- $4,311.20
**Hours per fortnight**: up to 80 hours (including an ADO every 4 weeks)
**Employment Status**: Ongoing & Fixed Term Full Time and Part time hours available

We are currently seeking a Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse to become part of our compassionate and skilled team.

**About the Role**:
Echuca Community Mental Health provides recovery-focused mental health care to individuals aged 16-64 living in the community. In this role, you will:

- Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments and care
- Provide crisis support and recovery planning
- Work in collaboration with patients, families, and other service providers
- Be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team
