**Your New Role**:
The SEO Specialist is the primary owner of SEO strategy and implementation for the Australian Unity group’s websites, and will help drive Australian Unity’s data driven approach to marketing and performance optimisation. This role is responsible for improving organic visibility across search engines in Australian and international markets leading to tangible improvements in performance; and requires a focus on data-driven decisions, a passion for results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis and a relentless focus on the customer.

The scope of work requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to manage relationships across the business.

**Your New Role Looks Like This**:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies (including content) to maximise performance and ROI
- Analyse SEO website traffic and provide recommendations to improve page rankings
- Communicate SEO implementation approach, processes and practices to internal stakeholders
- Conduct SEO audits and analysis, identify areas of improvement and propose actionable solutions

**About You**:
This role is part of a centralised group digital delivery team with end to end accountability for delivery of digital projects. It’s a fast-paced environment where people are collaborative, driven and enthusiastic. The incumbent will work closely with the Digital Acquisition Manager and wider team, as well as other technology, marketing and business team members.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Digital marketing or ecommerce SEO management
- Well-developed documentation and management practices
- Experience in shaping priorities and managing different skills within a team.
- Ability to effectively context switch on tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and where required work well under pressure
