What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal is seeking a dynamic leader based in West Melbourne, VIC. In this key role, you’ll drive the strategic direction and seamless execution of digital transformation projects, shaping the future of Intermodal and its customers. Key Areas:

- Design and development of standardised metrics for the measurement of change effectiveness and business readiness to gain insight into how change is being embedded in the organisation and take appropriate corrective action to drive success.
- Collaborate and work closely with Stream Leads to communicate changes, plan for HyperCare, and develop training as appropriate.
- Manage all aspects of project governance, including reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and change management programs for key projects.
- Develop a digital strategy with both short-term (12-month) and long-term (5-year) goals, delivering scalable solutions that enhance operations and commercial outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and managers to ensure successful project implementation.

Are you the one?
- 5+ years experience in a role supporting change initiatives
- Project Management skills or experience
- Experience with large-scale change efforts
- Experience with Blue Yonder will be highly regarded
- Ability to establish and build strong relationships at all levels
- Business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Open to travel if required
