**Your Role**:
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them schedule appointments and providing information about our services. Your excellent communication skills and compassionate nature will ensure every patient feels valued and cared for.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is a plus, but not required

I-MED Radiology Network is Australia and New Zealand's largest diagnostic imaging network, offering medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures.
