Reporting to the Contact Centre Lead Trainer, your role will be based in a busy, yet supportive inbound contact centre where you will be responsible for educating, coaching, and developing our Contact Centre Agents to provide exceptional service to our patients and referrers.
You will manage and lead new starter induction training and provide ongoing development to current employees. The core hours of this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, with the potential for some flexibility.

Location
The office is in Mount Waverley and is well serviced by public transport and plenty of secure on-site parking. Some local and interstate travel will be required for this role.

The role
You will deliver high quality training sessions across multiple mediums, ensuring alignment with I-MED standards and requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will actively engage with employees in interactive inductions ensuring complex booking information is communicated effectively to the team.
You will have previous experience in delivering training programs and successfully managing the development of staff.
