**Cocoon SDA Care** is a fast-growing, innovative, and dynamic organisation. We are seeking Casual or Part Time** Disability Support Workers** who seek a role that is committed to training and growth. We are looking for experienced staff who will assist in supporting participants with high complex behaviour and high-level medical needs. You will work in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) or SDA to provide people with high complex support needs.

**The Role**:

- Experienced Disability Support Worker (Casual SCHADS Award)
- Several positions are available in Glenroy - Immediate Start
- Experience in managing paticipants who require support with Acquired Brain Injury.
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in the record management.
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.

**Mandatory requirement**
- Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License (**mandatory**).

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check and a Working with Children Check.
