Client is seeking someone with an Asian or Filipino background or someone with an indigenous background who is compassionate dedicated Female Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including in-home and community support.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with a child in Glenroy.

Ideally the support worker would be young and be able to play online games. The kids like swimming, gaming and just be fun.

To be considered for this role, it is required that you have the following:
1. a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with a child

2. Does know how to play online

3. Good sense of humor

4. Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability or Aged Care.

In addition to these qualifications, it is also necessary to have a current police check, manual handling certificate, and Working with Children check. You must also hold a First Aid and CPR Certificate, have completed the NDIS Orientation Module, passed a workers screening check, and possess a double vaccination certificate and COVID-19 infection control certificate. A valid Victorian driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle are also required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- Good communication skills (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Reside in Glenroy or surrounding areas. (required)
