Clinical Manager Wat

We are looking for an engaging, collaborative and driven Clinical Manager with strong commercial acumen to lead and develop our Assure Workplace Advisory Team (WAT). You will and lead a professional high-performing team in an organisation that values your growth, skills, and passion.
You will be tasked with ensuring the clinical and operational excellence of your team which includes but is not limited to the delivery and quality control of critical incident response services, managerial support services and onsite services.
You will have regular and active involvement with multilevel key stakeholders including our internal support teams, Assure Customers and our affiliate APM Group businesses.

**What you’ll bring**:
- Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
- Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
- Broad experience providing individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues
- A strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks
- Experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma informed intervention
- Strong leadership/management experience
- The ability to analyse and interpret data and key trends
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
