Where this role fits in

You’ll join our People & Performance Solutions team, working closely with Payroll and HR Systems. This newly created role is a key part of our onshore capability uplift, helping reduce complexity, resolve integration issues, and create a better experience for our teams across the business.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who loves solving problems and getting things right. You’ll play a critical role in supporting payroll processes, investigating errors, and helping the business move toward smarter, cleaner system integrations.

What you’ll be doing
- Troubleshoot payroll-related integration issues and data errors
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Systems to streamline workflows
- Respond to stakeholder queries with clarity and confidence
- Improve compliance, documentation, and reporting practices
- Help resolve issues during critical payroll periods
- Proactively contribute ideas to improve system performance and accuracy

You’ve got experience in payroll operations and feel comfortable in the grey—solving problems, asking questions, and making things better. You’re detail-driven, calm under pressure, and enjoy partnering with both technical and non-technical teams alike.
