About the role
- Create and deliver training, education and resources for our pilot project that _engages early childhood education leaders, educators, centre directors and families giving them the skills, _knowledge_ and confidence to actively challenge rigid, harmful gender roles and stereotypes._
- Redfern based with hybrid/flexible work from home options & regional travel
- Total remuneration package circa $100,000-$105,00

All In Project Officers are responsible for delivering project activities including training, resource and program development. Two Project Officers will work closely together and with the Project Manager to design, develop and deliver training, workshops and resources that engage and support early childhood educators and families of children to understand their role in preventing gender-based violence.

The core responsibilities of this role are:
1. Develop and deliver training, interactive workshops and engagement strategies (40%)
2. Develop of resources and supporting materials (30%)
3. Contribute to overall program quality and evaluation activities (20%)
4. Complete administration tasks in a timely and thorough manner (5%)
5. Actively contribute to WAGEC’s organisational culture (5%)
