**Macarthur Automotive Narellan** is expanding with the launch of Sydney’s newest **Omoda Jaecoo** showroom We’re seeking an experienced and driven **New Vehicle Sales Manager** to lead our sales team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead, support, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Monitor performance and drive results to meet monthly targets
- Run engaging daily and weekly sales meetings
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and dealership promotions
- Promote a strong team culture with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Represent the team at management meetings
- Build positive relationships across all departments and maintain a professional presence

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong understanding of the automotive industry
- 5 years experience working within a Sales management role
- Proven automotive sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in a sales role, with a proven sales record in meeting KPIs targets
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- C-Class current driver's license
