Subaru Australia is the exclusive Australian importer and distributor of Subaru vehicles manufactured by Subaru Corporation.

Subaru Narellan are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join their team.

Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:

- Be responsible for the recruitment, selection, and on boarding of your team.
- Be responsible for the development and coaching of your team
- Monitor, manage, and motivate your team on their achievement to performance expectations
- Ensure staff complete required training programs within agreed timeframes and leverage the Trivett Development Library so that yourself and designated team members deliver training components as required
- Ensure customer details from all leads and enquiries are accurately and swiftly captured
- Follow the Trivett ‘Road to a Sale’ ensuring all customers receive the highest level of service during the sales process
- Ensure every new customer is introduced to the Business Manager and Aftermarket Consultant
- Ensure every new customer is introduced to the Business Manager and Aftermarket Consultant
- Experience in a customer facing / customer service role
- A full NSW drivers licence and a sound driving record
- Highly developed selling skills

- Previous experience in Automotive Sales (not required but desirable)
