**What’s the opportunity?**

Our highly successful Subaru team is looking for an organised and energetic** Sales Cadet** who is passionate about selling vehicles and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service through understanding the needs of our customers and making a difference to join our Subaru team in **Narellan**.

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Introducing customers to our Business managers for finance and insurance
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
- Maintain a well-stocked, well presented showroom at all times
- Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services and our competitor’s products

**Who are we looking for?**

The right person will possess an eye for detail & a focus on customer service together with the following:

- Experience in a similar role while be highly regarded
- Be driven and be sales savvy
- Exceptional approach to customer service

- Current drivers licence
