**Role Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and industry trends
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the electrical or wholesale industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends
