Complex Case Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Student Life team as a Student Complex Case Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and interventions to achieve their academic and personal goals.
The purpose of this position is to provide expert advice, coordination and resolution of complex student incidents that impact the wider ECU community. These include incidents dealt with under Fitness to Study Policies and Procedures, Complaints, Reports of Sexual Assault/Sexual Harassment, student deaths and global, national, local or individual incidences that impact the wellbeing of ECU’s student cohort. In addition to this, the Complex Student Case Coordinator, may also provide support to students navigating the general or academic misconduct procedures at ECU. The Complex Student Case Coordinator will work as part of a broader Safer Communities team to coordinate case management processes.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.
Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $100,512 TO $112,622 PA (HEW 7) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
