**Who are we looking for?**

With an increase in our hotel occupancy, we are currently seeking a motivated customer service extraordinaire to join our newly formed team at Ibis Hotel Thornleigh.

As a Front desk receptionist and Food and Beverage allrounder you will be the face of our hotel, therefore providing a positive first impression is of great importance.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to:

- Provide exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out.
- Assist in all aspects of service - greeting guests, taking orders, table and room service of food and beverages, cleaning and resetting.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism whilst ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys.
- Have a personable and bubbly presentation with a can-do attitude.
- Responding to guests feedback and complaints
- RSA and Barista experience (advantageous but not necessary)

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar customer facing role (Hotel experience a plus)
- Have previous POS or PMS experience
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation
- Available to work at least **4*_ **shifts a week *_but varied shifts._

**Salary**: $21.50 - $34.50 per hour
