As part of the Administration team, the casual Canstar Receptionist is responsible for contributing to providing efficient administration and office support to all Canstar staff. You are the smiling face for visitors and the go-to person for all of our team.

**What you will be doing**
- Greet guests and announce their arrival to staff
- Answer and direct inbound calls
- Accept and unpack deliveries
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail as well as courier bookings
- Manage reception inbox and action requests
- Manage office seating
- Manage catering bookings and events
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Carry out daily tasks including ensuring coffee machines are set up/ cleaned, refill photocopier paper, restock kitchens, empty and put on dishwashers,
- Order stationary and other office items and amenities

**What you need to bring to the role**
- Previous relevant work experience
- Computer-literate (knowledge of GSuite)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, ensuring they are completed to a high standard every time
