Brisbane BMW currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional Receptionist - Casual to join their reception team. In this role, you'll not only ensure a warm and welcoming experience for clients, but you'll also play a key part in coordinating OEM training. If you love juggling multiple tasks, staying ahead of the curve, and making a real impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing reception, greeting clients, and handling inquiries with a smile

  • Coordinating and scheduling OEM training to support our team's growth

  • Handling calls, emails, and general administrative tasks like a pro

  • Liaising with internal teams and external training providers

About You:

  • A highly organised multitasker with a proactive mindset

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role

  • Exceptional communication and people skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills

  • Conscientious and motivated, with a strong eye for detail
