**Description**:
About the role

In this role you will work with leading brands and brand teams as a conduit between brand packaging ambition and solutions that work from a distribution perspective. Your expertise in packaging specifications through large grocery or pharmacy channels will ensure you provide sound advice to key stakeholders and provide workable solutions through to our packing and distribution teams.

You will create and control the packaging specifications for PharmaCare products through PharmaCare systems ensuring excellent flow of information throughout the process and across key stakeholders.

The key outputs of the role are to ensure packaging that is compliant with:
End to end distribution and logistics considerations;
Regulatory requirements (from a logistics and packaging perspective);
The Brand and Marketing product vision; and
Major grocery and pharmacy client packaging requirements

Key Stakeholders

You will liaise with the Sustainable Packaging Specialist to support the roll out of the sustainable packaging program
Administrative teams will rely on this role for packaging advice in the areas of Grocery, Pharmacy and Export
Marketing
Warehouse & Distribution Supervisors and Management
Quality and Technical Staff
Supply Planners

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Experience of creating packaging specifications for goods sold into grocery and/or pharmacy channels in Australia
Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems - JD Edwards is preferable but not essential
Knowledge of current packaging trends and solutions
Understanding of the process of initiating new product into an existing warehouse and distribution system e.g. barcode, size, numbers etc
Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
Demonstrated ability to innovate solutions within constraint's whilst adhering to packaging requirements
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent excel skills highly desirable
