**Position Overview**
We are looking for a Bank Reconciliation Officer to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end bank and credit card reconciliations, as well as supporting other finance operations such as fixed asset accounting and insurance management. It’s a hands-on role ideal for someone with a solid accounting background, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Manage credit card reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Assist with insurance management, including policy records and claims tracking.
- Support month-end closing processes and assist in preparing audit schedules.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional finance tasks.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar finance/accounts role (or recent graduate with strong internship experience).
- Team player with a proactive approach and strong communication skills.
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
