We are a fast paced, multi-faceted business that is growing extremely quickly. This role will cover all payroll functions across multiple entities of the business as well as some management accounting and further adhoc duties. This role will be Monday through to Friday with the ideal hours based onsite from 8:30am-5pm.
- Must be proficient and highly experienced in MYOB
- Payroll experience; understanding and interpretation of different awards and EBA's
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Management accountant/bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service orientated (be prepared to pick up the phone)
- Not afraid to do the dishes or take the rubbish out
The role:
- Will oversee and manage all payroll related tasks, up to 120+ team members weekly
- The successful applicant will report directly to the Operations Manager
- Maintaining all MYOB accounts with 100% accuracy
- Reporting across all facets of the business
- Receipting funds
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of invoices
- Invoicing debtors
- Credit card reconciliations
- Control of prepayments & accruals
- Cashflow control
- BAS returns
- Records of all staff information
- Workers compensation returns
- Superannuation
- PAYG Tax
- Staff leave management
While proficiency is MYOB is a must, this company is willing to put the time and effort in to training the right person.
