As well as delivering front of house support services, Microsolve operates hosting facilities within the AWS, Azure and Google Cloud environments on behalf of our clients.

**About the Role**

Our Client Support Analysts provide the initial contact point for incoming support requests and set the tone for the relationships we build and nurture with our clients. The successful applicant will be responsible for the receipt and acknowledgement of incoming requests, gathering of information necessary for requests analysis and actioning of assigned requests.

To successfully operate in this role, you will require excellent verbal communication skills, a keen desire to assist, the ability to manage multiple priorities and excellent record keeping. Your proactive approach to understanding client needs will add measurable value to our service delivery objectives and fit well with our organisation's culture.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong analytical, researching and reasoning capabilities.
- A logical thinker with clear, concise communication abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with a 'can do' attitude.

What would be desirable:

- Experience working in a relevant IT position
- Experience delivering IT support remotely.
- Experience in being part of an IT Project team or delivering an IT Project.
- Exposure to Microsoft Windows Server Administration
- Exposure to Citrix Administration
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 or AWS Services.

Microsolve offers full flexibility in work location and encourages staff to actively balance between in-office and remote work locations once initial training is complete.
