We are seeking a highly organized and strong data analytics focused individual to join our team as a Costing Coordinator, on a full-time basis. This role can be based in either Brisbane or on the Gold Coast.

**More about this role**:
Reporting to the Senior Pricing Analyst, this role will be hands on and provide the timely provision of effective data support to the Pricing team. The role exists to ensure accurate and fast input of raw, volume data sets from our airline clients.

In a nutshell, we provide thousands of airline meals cooked fresh to our airline clients on an hourly and daily basis. We take raw produce and ingredients from our suppliers, prep clean and cook these items in our industrial kitchens and make them into delicious healthy portioned meals. The Pricing team's role is to ensure that we calculate cost of raw ingredients, cost of labour to produce the meals and cost outwards (on charging) price margins for all the menu items we create, essentially our revenue.

This is a great junior role to get your foot in the door of International Flight Catering and Revenue Analytics.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Provide daily data support to the Senior Pricing Analyst (SPA) in the form of reports or costing queries (looking up pricing for goods).
- Understand and accurately interpret costing queries on various produce items that are loaded into our systems across multiple clients.
- Work closely with Pricing System Analyst and the wider Billings team.
- Use our systems and tools to Assist with any data and pricing queries.
- Understand and familiarize yourself with inputted codes from the Menu Planning team
- Ensure data sets are inputted in categorized orderly formats.
- Maintain data integrity, source inputting and removal of redundant or old information pertaining to pricing

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar Costing or Junior Pricing role an advantage.
- Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics highly regarded.
- Demonstrate initiative with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and or ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- An eye for detail. Be proactive and adaptable.
- High computer literacy and ability to get up to speed with new technology quickly.
