The position is responsible to process daily administrative functions for clients for our Solutions department, by completing data entry, analysing reports and problem solving, to ensure the day to day operations run smoothly. With accountability to monitor jobs for revenue capture, GP loss and financial reporting. **What you will be required to do**:

- The frontline interface between DSV and our clients, with the ability to demonstrate competencies and confidence of work with completeness building a trusting relationship with the client(s) and internal stakeholders
- Proactively discuss and understand the client’s activity requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and command of the English language to effectively communicate and provide our clients with adequate information to close out any queries or required detail
- Ability to obtain client(s) acceptance and agreement with positive business outcomes, timelines, and cost
- Ability to engage the client and build a trusting professional relationship with the client and internal stakeholders
- Provide general logistic support with coordination of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaise with local DSV office on a regular basis to provide feedback in relation to shipments, customer needs
- Liaise with customer and provide information and reports as requested and approved by DSV management
- Follow DSV policy and procedures
- Follow customer’s policies and procedures in relation to health and safety
- Enhance and maintain supplier and customer relationship

**About you**:

- At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role or substantial 3PL administrative experience
- Excellent communication both written & verbal
- Ability to work in a close team
