**About the roles**:
We have a unique opportunity for a Business Program Delivery Lead to join our team at Ventia. Based from our beautiful North Sydney Corporate Head Office you will be responsible for the successful execution of a large-scale digital transformation program.

Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive program plan, governance and reporting mechanisms you will have the ability to make a significant impact in how the Ventia business operates and increase effectiveness across our organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Program planning and governance establishing a comprehensive plan including activities, milestones and resource allocation to achieve program objectives.
- Implementation of the program governance framework, oversight, reporting lines and metrics to track progress, identify risk and measure outcomes.
- Monitor program progress, manage and build collaborative stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as communication of program status updates to our executive leadership team.
- Drive program delivery excellence fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the program team.
- Define and track benefits, measuring impact and opportunities for optimisation through harmonisation, simplification and scalability.

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience with business process, IT or a related field.
- Formal Project management certifications.
- Proven record in leading complex digital transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing program plans, managing large and diverse teams with exceptional stakeholder management and engagement.
- A deep understanding of project management methodologies and risk management.
- Well developed communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver on multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously meeting deadlines with a high level of detail and accuracy.
