What is the role?
We’re seeking a motivated eCommerce Coordinator to join our dynamic eCommerce team at Lorna Jane’s Brisbane office. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless digital experience for our customers by ensuring the smooth execution of all website operations, including promotions, merchandising, and communications. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of the retail landscape to drive success in the online space, using your strong customer focus to enhance Lorna Jane’s global online presence and influence customer engagement worldwide.
What You’ll be doing
**As our eCommerce Coordinator you’ll**:

- Optimise product, category, navigation and brand landing pages based on season trade and customer engagement
- Maintain onsite search settings, report on search activity and continually work to optimise the search experience
- Troubleshoot any onsite customer queries and act with urgency to create solutions
- Audit website functions that impact customer experience weekly to ensure there are no roadblocks for purchasing
- Perform all key website operations in line with strategy timelines and with the customer experience front of mind
- Closely monitor conversion and bounce rate in relation to any relevant strategies and respond with adjustments to strategy as required
- Actively seek strategies to improve conversion though the set up and communication of promotions
- Communicate with the Marketing Team in relation to all details or language surrounding promotions on the website
- Communicate all promotions and updates to relevant departments in a timely manner

Who We’re Looking For
**We’re seeking someone who has**:

- Experience in a similar role or has experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- A customer service mindset
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Technical experience with ecommerce platforms
- Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytical data
- Skills with Google Analytics, SFCC, HTML are highly desirable
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple events, promotions, and customer interactions simultaneously.
