**What you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and leading a team, shows initiative and is excited about new opportunities and taking on extra responsibilities Other skills and attributes that would help you be successful include:

- Passionate about developing the skills of your team.
- Prior experience in case management (e.g. in an insurance company) and/or in an office based team-lead position will be highly regarded.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality service within deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated with an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems for customers, offer solutions and make decisions.
