We do this by providing testing and maintenance services to the real estate industry for smoke alarms, gas, electrical, corded blinds, and water efficiency in rental properties. Detector Inspector is experiencing huge growth nationally, and as a result, we are looking for someone like you to join our supportive and close-knit team.

**What you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and leading a team, shows initiative and is excited about new opportunities and taking on extra responsibilities Other skills and attributes that would help you be successful include:

- Passionate about developing the skills of your team.
- Prior experience in case management (e.g. in an insurance company) and/or in an office based team-lead position will be highly regarded.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality service within deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated with an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems for customers, offer solutions and make decisions.
