**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Data Analyst to join our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be supporting the team with reports, pricing, and other operational functions. This will also include data analysis and involvement in process and system enhancements by working closely with the Business Analyst.

**Duties**:

- Converting and preparing meter data for pricing and loading into systems
- Extracting and analysing large sets of data to provide meaningful insights
- Work closely with the C&I team and internal stakeholders to improve current processes and systems
- Preparing & validating broker commission reports nationally
- Develop specific customer reports in PowerBI or Tableau that can be sent to a customer on a regular basis

**Skills and experience**:

- Reporting and analytical experience
- Qualification in commerce / economics, IT, engineering, mathematics, or other relevant numeric discipline
- Experience with SQL and analytical tools such as BI / Tableau would be beneficial
- Advanced to Intermediate Excel skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
