**The Department**

**Insight** **is SBS’s award winning, flagship current affairs program with a strong focus on personal stories. **It has** always pushed the boundaries of best practice when it comes to storytelling on digital platforms: this role aims to champion Insight’s content on digital platforms and provides an avenue to get involved in original digital storytelling.

**The Role**

Seeking a dynamic and creative** Digital Producer** to join **Insight**’s digital **team in Sydney working closely with the broadcast team to adapt video and articles content and champion it for digital.
- Using your creativity and flair and constantly looking for better ways to bring the Insight’s content to life in the digital space '“ on SBS platforms, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Assisting in managing Insight’s social platforms and having strong input in how we change and evolve our social offerings.
- Develop, pitch and produce your own digital stories and create fresh digital content (video, articles and social content) to sit with our original digital reporting.

**About you**
- You live and breathe digital and social content and have strong digital production experience and editorial skills.
- experience in, and a passion for journalism with a particular focus on personal stories. You’ll be a creative thinker, enthusiastic and self-motivated team player who loves pushing the boundaries of digital, bringing new ideas to the fore.
- Experience using CMS along with web content management skills '“ or a willingness to learn these; video producing & editing skills (premiere) are highly desirable, along with writing skills.
- A deep understanding of how to maximise shareable content online.
