**About the role**

Bringing experience across Martec solutions and personalisation technologies, you will partner with data and CRM teams to drive the use of data in enabling efficiencies across customer experiences. Managing a multi-disciplinary team of technical specialists, you will plan, evaluate, schedule, and manage technology deliverables to drive vendor performance in scope, risk, milestones, and quality.

**What will you need to be successful?**
- Experience working in a lead role in a software delivery environment utilising a variety of methodologies.
- Extensive experience working with Martec solutions to activate data to driven personalised customer experiences.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with vendor performance and relationship management
