**WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED NDIS PLAN MANAGER TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM**

We are a nationally accredited NDIS Plan Manager based in Sydney.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Plan Manager to join our small and passionate team.

**About the Role**:

- This is a full-time Plan Management position.
- Our office is based on the Norther Beaches with flexible working conditions from home/office.
- Salary is negotiable based on previous experience.

**Role Description**:

- Fielding new online and phone customer enquiries
- Signing up and onboarding new NDIS participants
- Talking to existing clients and providing advice about their plans
- Managing and maintaining client budgets
- Processing claims in a timely manner by using ‘Planability’ Plan Management software
- Working with the NDIA and maintaining NDIS Quality & Safeguards regulations
- General record keeping

**The Role would suit you if you**:

- care deeply about assisting clients with disability to live rich and fulfilling lives
- have previous Plan Management experience (minimum of 1 year)
- have excellent written and verbal skills
- are detailed orientated and good at prioritising and managing a range of daily tasks
- are knowledgable about the NDIS and working in the disability sector
- work well independently and within a team environment
- are proficient in Plan Management software

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
