**Description**:
**The role**:
Cater Care seeks to appoint a Part-Time Catering Assistant at one of our key aged care residences in Manly.
**Roster**: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm

**What this role involves**:
Assisting with food preparation, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Setting tables, plating meals, and supporting the chef with general kitchen duties
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
