**About the role**

Reporting to the QA Manager, this role will see you gathering information about the products traded by the company and ensuring that all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are correct, accurate, up to date and readily available when required.

**The Position**
- Ensure SDS and label information for all products are entered correctly
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks and standards
- Identify non-conformances to industry quality and regulatory standards in each jurisdiction/country
- Rectify SDS, labelling and packaging defects and ensure compliance with the ADG Code, GHS, IMDG, HACCP, SQF, CFMSR Food Safety requirements
- Review Poison schedules and ensure compliance with published amendments
- Ensure Hazard and Safety assessments are completed accurately as required
- Ensures safe operations and procedures are adhered to

**About you**
- Previous experience in a data entry, quality and compliance focused role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and data entry skills
- A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff at various levels and divisions of the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and online systems
