About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail‐oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage the organisation's quality systems, regulatory compliance, and certification processes. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and active engagement in audits, system reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Unit 15/10–12 Montore Road, Minto, NSW 2566

Salary range:

$95,000 – $120,000 per annum plus super.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, directing, and overseeing system reviews and quality audits across all stages of pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
• Managing the deployment and integration of quality systems and certification processes to align with GMP, NATA, and TGA requirements.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems that foster continuous improvement and organisational excellence.
• Leading internal audits, preparing recommendations for senior management, and monitoring performance to ensure compliance.
• Directing and managing TGA and NATA audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Establishing, implementing, and enforcing formal quality standards, regulatory codes, and compliance measures.
• Overseeing supplier quality assurance programs to ensure materials meet standards.
• Developing and reporting on quality KPIs and leading CAPA processes through root cause analysis.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on quality systems, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.
• Advising senior management on quality objectives, regulatory requirements, and strategic improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Quality Management, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance management within pharmaceutical or laboratory environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP, NATA, and TGA regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audits, manage compliance processes, and implement quality systems.
