**About the role**

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Experience in change management, training and/or business analysis in a healthcare setting
- Sound understanding of, and experience with, change processes and workflows at various stages of the implementation of a major transformational project
- Experience in the implementation of a clinical or health department information system
- Experience in benefit realisation modelling, monitoring, and delivery of benefits
- Experience in development and delivery of communication plans including marketing, branding and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in developing training plans and delivering training
- Facilitation skills in a stakeholder group setting at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of computer literacy

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
