**About the role**

The eHealth Clinical Analyst (Identity) is responsible for providing expert knowledge, support and advice to the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) team and key stakeholders whilst working in a multi-skill, multidisciplinary support team, with the emphasis on:

- Patient demographics, including local and external identifiers
- Visit/encounter information including facility, location and medical service structure
- Security matrix, user access and account configuration
- Health service and professional identifiers
- Contact directory including all clinical area phone numbers used for communication
- Role based communications

The eHealth Clinical Analyst (Identity) is responsible for supporting, maintaining and facilitating improvements in the use of the EMR at Eastern Health. This includes involvement and support in future EMR implementations.

The eHealth Clinical Analyst (Identity) will have strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to understand and interpret Eastern Health workflows.

In addition to routine duties, the analyst will play a pivotal role in project initiatives, particularly in rolling out EMR to paper-based areas, ensuring smooth integration and effective adoption by transitioning departments.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Experience with clinical workflows in a medium to large hospital settings.
- Advanced communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.
- Proven ability to influence and manage change.
- Personal maturity and experience in dealing effectively with competing priorities.
- Strong customer focus and analytical skills: Ability to work effectively with end-users, technical staff and management in complex setting.
- A commitment to quality and excellence.
- Ability to work both independently and in a complex team environment; collaborate with external and internal professionals and other customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency: Skills in prioritisation, problem solving, organization, decision-making, time management, and planning.
- Ability to use initiative, identify, solve problems and when required escalate issues with relevant internal and external parties.
- Ability to forward plan, establish and complete targets.
- Advanced knowledge in use of MS Excel.
