**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We currently have multiple vacancies for HSE Advisors on a FIFO Roster from Perth to the Pilbara region and Goldfields, with immediate starts and rosters available for both short and long term scopes.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks to increase safety awareness and knowledge among employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, industry standards, and best practices.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Cert IV / Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety
- 5+ years’ experience within the Mining and/or Construction industry
- Experience with developing and leading risk assessments (operational & process)
- ICAM or similar methodology competency with experience in leading and completing the formal report
- Ability to review, update and develop corporate and operational procedures
- Experience with online safety and contractor management platforms and portals
- Experience with compliance management including:

- Internal auditing
- Workplace inspection requirements
- Regulatory requirements
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate workshops independently
