Commercial Air Conditioning business seeks the services of a well organised Service Co-Ordinator.

Our well established company located in Thomastown has been operating for over 30 years. We specialise in all aspects of Commercial Heating, Cooling and Ventilation Systems.

An opportunity exists for an experienced person to join our team and become an important part of our business.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers, service technicians and subcontractors
- Log service requests and relevant information into our job management software package
- Planning and co-ordination of the workflow for technicians and subcontractors
- Order and arrange parts for service and installation tasks
- Closely liaise with service technicians and subcontractors to ensure jobs are finalised efficiently
- Invoicing of completed jobs
- Assisting in the development of current systems
- Other general administrative and compliance duties as required

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, cope well under pressure and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

They will also be required to:

- Have excellent communication, organisational & customer service skills
- Liaise well with customers, suppliers and management
- Be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Some technical background and experience with a job management software package would be highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thomastown, VIC 3074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
