As Site Supervisor, you will oversee and co-ordinate the daily operations of sites to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines. You will be responsible for coordinating transport, reports, bookings and staff. You will be required to maintain all equipment on site, liaising with maintenance and suppliers to ensure all business assets are maintained to high standard.

**Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Responsibilities**
- Know the company’s vision with respect to HSE standards, behaviours and performance.
- Participate in the company’s safety culture that supports continuous HSE improvement.
- Ensure duty of care obligations are met and that your conduct in the workplace occurs in a safe manner at all times.
- Participate in training to obtain the appropriate skills and experience to safely and competently perform role.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures at all times.
- All Hazards, Near Miss and incident needs to be reported to your one up Manager/Supervisor.

**Key responsibilities**
- Overseeing production
- Coordinating operators and drivers on site
- Liaising with office staff to coordinate reports, bookings and transport
- Keeping sites clean and tidy, structuring storage efficiently
- Maintaining all equipment on site and scheduling servicing and maintenance as necessary
- Meeting targets set by management
- Operating and coordinating in a safe and responsible manner
- Liaising with management in developing growth/efficiency opportunities on site

- Managing workflow
- Training/developing new staff
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Reporting to Senior Management
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes
