Visy is a Beverage Can expert with a thirst for creating new packaging solutions for our customers. Many of Australia and New Zealand’s most recognised beverage brands are delivered in cans we make.

We are currently recruiting a Head of Quality, ANZ Beverage Can on a Full Time Permanent Basis based in Clayton, Victoria.

Reporting to the GM of Beverage Can, the successful applicant will work across the Beverage Can network of sites in Australia and New Zealand, to engage those with responsibility for quality at a site level to achieve the objectives across quality, service, and cost control.

An important element of the role is to provide leadership with customers in responding to escalated quality issues which impact customer line or service performance. As well, the role will coach and develop the broader team to ensure achievement of the business objectives and key performance indicators.

Utilising your experience in Quality systems, risk management and continuous improvement, along with your knowledge of Production systems & good manufacturing practices within a fast-paced customer service environment, will set you up for success in this role while you lead by example and establish a sustainable quality and safety culture.
