As Head of People, Professional Services, Group Procurement, you help shape the future of end-to-end category management, enable the ANZ businesses to unlock value from their most critical supplier partnerships and lead a team of category managers to focus on strategic priorities. As part of the Group Category Leadership team, you play a vital role in helping to build capability and enhance the Procurement brand. You will work alongside senior stakeholders across Business Units to bring data-driven insights, commercial thought leadership and adaptive solutions to some of their most pressing and complex challenges.

Developing executive level presentations, provide commercial insights and strategic portfolio analysis across the people, professional services, legal and marketing categories
Leading behavioural and cultural change through an inclusive, collaborative and high-performance environment where team members feel supported, respected and engaged
Driving the procurement planning cycle across business divisions and support productivity and cost benefits agenda to ensure teams are enabled to focus on the right priorities
Building relationships internally and externally with key Business and Functional executives to establish your reputation as a trusted advisor, driving sponsorship around major deals, and supporting delivery of world class commercial outcomes for ANZ
Reviewing sourcing and relationship strategies, supporting your team as an escalation point through execution and continuous learning across core practice areas
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Significant professional experience in strategic consulting, planning or procurement role
Ability to problem solve within highly complex and ambiguous situations
Exceptional team building and communication skills
Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and relationship building at senior levels in large organisations
Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse cost vs risk trade-offs, shape deal economics
Resilience and temperament to stay calm and thrive under pressure while staying focused on outcomes
Experience managing global, diverse teams
