**How will I help?**
The Team Manager plays a critical role within Deregistered Companies Program and Group Operations. As the Team Manager you will be responsible for supporting a number of Team Members and be the key liaison point from an Operations perspective. This means you will regularly liaise with senior stakeholders, Change Managers and Project teams as well as providing leadership and direction to your direct reports.

Key to your success will be the ability to drive a balanced scorecard - delivering great customer outcomes, continually challenging and improving processes, managing risk and meeting project commitments, while constantly developing and inspiring your people.

Key accountabilities include:

- Ensure consistent execution of agreed performance management disciplines that define individual responsibilities and accountabilities
- Lead people through change - either organisational or project-driven
- Analyse key performance indicators to successfully identify the required strategies and decisions to achieve optimal outcomes
- Enable customer-centric behaviour that delights through operational practices and disciplines
- Engage and build strong relationships with business partners and other stakeholders across the value chain
- Support the successful implementation of change programs, including input to projects and other external initiatives

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- To have demonstrated experience in a people leadership position
- A strong understanding of a wide range of Westpac and St George products and systems would be extremely highly regarded
- Experience in relationship management; building engagement and relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders
- A strong understanding of risk management principles; compliance and legislative requirements
