- **Required to be in office when you initially start for training purposes, then it will proceed to hybrid as agreed.
**How will I Help?**
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a Consumer Finance Operations team in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be managing a large team who will be resolving customer requests in relation to a variety of products and services via inbound and outbound calls. This role is based at Parramatta but can also benefit from flexible working arrangements.

As a leader in the business, you will be coaching, mentoring, and guiding your team to success. You will be extremely knowledgeable about banking services and will add value to your team through your expertise. You will build effective relationships with business partners and across other areas of Westpac. You will also be responsible for the scheduling and rostering for your team.
