Our client is a leading national architectural studio with a strong presence in key industry sectors such as Defence, Health, and Education. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Revit BIM models for various projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, accurate representation of architectural elements, and adhering to industry best practices
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless BIM integration across project stages
- Implement and manage BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, data-rich models
- Actively contribute to project meetings, providing expert input on BIM processes, strategies, and challenges
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their BIM capabilities, supporting their professional growth and improving overall team performance
- Continuously research and evaluate new developments in BIM technologies and processes to drive innovation and improve efficiency within the firm

Key Qualifications and Experience:

- A minimum of 5 years of local post-graduate experience working in Revit
- Strong proficiency in BIM 360
- Thorough understanding of BIM processes, protocols, and best practices
- Experience with projects in defence, health, and/or education sectors is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ongoing learning and staying abreast of the latest BIM advancements and industry trends
