**About this role**:
This highly regarded multidisciplinary company with offices across Melbourne, Australia and across the globe, is currently seeking a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager to join their dynamic Melbourne studio. Known for their significant pipeline of work across varying sectors including Commercial, Civic, Health and Public projects, this company takes pride in delivering innovative projects.**Key responsibilities**
- Show expertise in using Revit BIM tools, with the ability to create models to a high standard
- Provide technical support and mentoring to the project team
- Set company global BIM documentation standards with template & family creation and quality assurance to the agreed BIM standards and policies
- Prepare BIM plans and project specific training documentation
- Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up
- Oversee the coordination of services, clash detection management and attendance at coordination project meetings
- Undertake daily model management administration and maintenance
- Train and oversee the usual activities of Revit users to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of the Revit models
- Undertake quality auditing of models to agreed BIM standards

**Skills and experience**
- Advanced Revit and BIM 360 skills.
- Strong communications skills, articulate and confident.
- Excellent organisation, planning, prioritising and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Sound decision making - can logically influence others.
- Ability to build strategic working relationships.
- Problem resolution - logical and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Critical thinking - able to think beyond the task at hand.
